We supported the Kumamoto edition of the "100 Stories from Orchard to Jam" project, part of the Taiwan Youth 10 Billion Yen Overseas Dream Project.

As part of the "Taiwan Youth 10 Billion Yen Overseas Dream Project," we supported the "100 Orchard Stories" project, aimed at helping Taiwanese youth realize their overseas dreams. This project aims to enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwanese youth aged 18 to 35 by providing diverse opportunities such as overseas internships, academic exchanges, and entrepreneurial support, helping them shine on the international stage. In this practical training, participating Taiwanese youth visited an orchard in Kumamoto Prefecture and, under the guidance of Taiwanese instructors, processed Kumamoto fruits into jam. The participants' hard work and the joy of transforming the orchard's story into "delicious food" were impressive. Through this exchange, young people from Taiwan and Kumamoto had the opportunity to build new connections centered on food culture and local resources. We will continue to dedicate ourselves to creating international learning opportunities while promoting the unique charm of the region.
