Invitation to the film screening of "The Mountain Builders"

This time, we've decided to sponsor a documentary, *The Mountain Builders*, depicting the development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry from its dawn to the present day. Today, Kyushu and Kumamoto are brimming with unprecedented vitality thanks to their connection with Taiwan. However, what aspirations did Taiwan, a global leader, hold, and how many difficulties did it overcome to build this "mountain of industry"? Opportunities to learn this true story are still limited. My reason for supporting this film is to allow more Japanese friends to experience the Taiwanese people's wholehearted belief in the future and their passionate dedication, as well as the beauty of their cherished "bonds" and "culture." If *The Mountain Builders* can become an opportunity for everyone to feel closer to Taiwan and fall more deeply in love with it, that would be incredibly gratifying. We hope that the future of Kyushu and Taiwan will not only be economically connected but also spiritually intertwined, and we will fully support this work.
